The LABCC SUMMER CAMP is an annual event that has been going on more than 65 years. At the camp, children from temples in Southern California are able to experience activities in archery, crafts, outdoors, religion, swimming and other enjoyable activities. Every morning, a service is conducted by ministers from the participating temples.
Our summer camp offers your child the opportunity to interact in an outdoor environment combining nature and religious activities. Through such activities, the camper is able to appreciate and experience life situations not readily available in the cities. With skilled supervision and through teamwork, the camper is exposed to an appreciation of nature as they participate in a variety of group experiences in an outdoor environment not readily available in the cities.
In order to participate in the camping program, the camper/camper’s family must attend one of the participating temples:
